Terms of use
Terms.
Effective May 20, 2026.
Short version
DailyDoer is a personal short-form video project. The clips are free to watch, share, and reference. They aren't professional advice. Don't repost them as your own, and don't use them to train ML models.
Acceptance
By using dailydoer.me or watching the videos this site points to, you accept these terms. There's no account, login, or purchase involved — if you don't accept, closing the tab is sufficient.
What we publish
Short-form videos, typically 25–35 seconds, about productivity moves and workflow tweaks for knowledge workers. Each clip is produced with AI assistance for scripting, narration, captioning, and b-roll selection. Topic, angle, and recommendation are picked and reviewed by the operator before publish. Every TikTok publication carries the platform's AI-generated-content label.
Not advice
Nothing on this site or in the clips is medical, mental-health, financial, legal, business, or professional advice. The clips are suggestions, often opinionated, sometimes wrong. If a move you see here matters for your work, your health, your livelihood, or your team, treat it as a starting point and verify it for your context.
You may
- Watch and re-watch any clip on its native platform.
- Share clip links with colleagues, teams, friends, study groups.
- Quote a clip in your own writing with credit and a link back.
- Reference the channel and the format in internal team docs or coaching materials.
You may not
- Reupload clips as your own content on any platform.
- Strip captions, intro/outro, or attribution from a clip.
- Use the clips, transcripts, captions, or site content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models in whole or in part without prior written permission.
- Imply endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with any company, employer, app vendor, or coach.
- Frame a paid product as endorsed by DailyDoer in marketing or advertising.
No warranty
The site and the clips are provided as-is. No warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, currency, or completeness. Productivity advice ages in odd ways — a move that worked great in 2026 may not survive an org-chart change in 2027.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or the clips — including but not limited to time lost trying a suggested move, friction with colleagues over a suggested ritual, or business outcomes that did or didn't happen.
Third-party links
The site links to TikTok and may reference third-party tools by name in clips. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, policies, pricing, or availability. Mentions are descriptive, not endorsements.
Changes
These terms can change. The effective date above will move when they do. Material changes get a short summary in this section for at least 30 days.
